Returning your goods is simple. If you're anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us. We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was dispatched. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
General
Any item for return must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which it was received. Items must be returned to us in an un-worn and un-washed condition, deemed fit for re-sale. Please don’t use scissors to open your package, you're able to just tear the packaging open. Returns with scissor marks will not be accepted.
Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect. A polite request, please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us.

I would like to return an item for something else
We will process your return within 3 working days of receipt. However, the vast majority are processed the same day they're received. You'll receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed. If you've not received your replacement item within 5 working days, please let us know via e-mail store@planetsoccert-shirts or by using the contact us page on our site.
I would like to return an item for a refund
We'll issue your refund within 3 working days upon receipt of your return. Once the refund has been processed, you'll receive an e-mail confirming this. Please then allow a further 3 working days for the refund to be credited to your card, this is dictated by your bank or card issuer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.
I have received a faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please inform us via e-mail store@planetsoccert-shirts.co.uk or use the contact us page on our site quoting your name, invoice number, order date and details of the product received. We'll then advise on how to proceed. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt the returns department will inspect the item.
I have received an incorrect item or size
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please inform us via e-mail store@planetsoccert-shirts.co.uk or use the contact us page on our site quoting your name, invoice number, order date and details of the incorrect product received. We'll then advise on how to proceed. You have 30 days from receipt of the incorrect item to return it to us. We rely on you to order the correct size. If the specified size is supplied we will not accept any costs involved with exchanging the product and you'll be responsible for any further return postage and packaging costs.
Discount codes and vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Conditions of sale:
Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from Planet Soccer are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with the quality then we reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
